Noah is a registered charity under South African law. We have been awarded a Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) certificate for our work in black communities, and we are registered with the Department of Social Development as a non-profit organisation. Furthermore, we are registered with the South African Revenue Services (SARS) as a public benefit organisation under section 30 of the Income Tax Act. This means that, under section 18A of the same Act, individuals who donate (money or in kind) can deduct these donations from their annual tax return.
