We are a vibrant and energetic Ark located in the heart of Umlazi Township, KwaZulu-Natal. The Ark centre is located at the Sithokozise Primary School in the township. Umlazi is the largest township in KZN, and is situated about 20 minutes’ drive south of Durban. It is fully developed as an urban residential area, with a fully fledged infrastructure of water, electricity, communication, transport, roads and railway.

Our Ark is managed by a committed team of care givers, who have created a haven for children at our resource centre. We were able to build our centre because of a partnership with ABI, who have also furnished and equipped the centre. The resource centre was officially opened on 11 August 2005.
